Our client is a rapidly expanding commercial real estate organization that values innovation, employee growth, and a strong, inclusive company culture. As they continue to grow, they are seeking an experienced and strategic CHRO to lead their human resources function and drive organizational success.


Position Summary:


The Chief People Officer will be a critical member of the executive team, responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive HR strategy that supports the company's objectives and values.


This role will oversee all aspects of human resources, primarily focusing on Talent Acquisition and Leadership development.


Core Responsibilities:


  • Lead all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous learning, leadership development, and employee growth, focusing on identifying and developing high-potential talent
  • Create and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top performers at all levels of the organization
  • Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs that align with industry standards and support employee well-being
  • Partner with business leaders to identify and address organizational and talent-related challenges, providing strategic guidance and solutions


Requirements:


  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum of 12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 7 years in a leadership role
  • Proven expertise in developing and executing comprehensive HR strategies that drive business results
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with executives, managers, and employees at all levels
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations and drive consensus
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Passion for creating a positive, engaging, and inclusive workplace culture that empowers employees to reach their full potential
