As they continue to grow, they are seeking an experienced and strategic CHRO to lead their human resources function and drive organizational success.
Position Summary:
The Chief People Officer will be a critical member of the executive team, responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive HR strategy that supports the company's objectives and values.
This role will oversee all aspects of human resources, primarily focusing on Talent Acquisition and Leadership development.
Core Responsibilities:
Lead all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations
Cultivate a culture of continuous learning, leadership development, and employee growth, focusing on identifying and developing high-potential talent
Create and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top performers at all levels of the organization
Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs that align with industry standards and support employee well-being
Partner with business leaders to identify and address organizational and talent-related challenges, providing strategic guidance and solutions
Requirements:
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; Bachelor's degree required
Minimum of 12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 7 years in a leadership role
Proven expertise in developing and executing comprehensive HR strategies that drive business results
Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with executives, managers, and employees at all levels
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations and drive consensus
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
