About The Role
Join us as our Chief Financial Officer, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our corporate strategy, optimizing financial performance, and fostering investor confidence. Working closely with our CEO, you'll lead initiatives to drive growth, refine operational processes, and ensure long-term sustainability. Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with executive leadership to develop strategic growth initiatives and expansion plans.
Provide data-driven insights to drive profitable growth and enhance long-term planning processes.
Lead the finance organization, fostering talent development and organizational excellence.
Define and execute financial strategies to support business objectives.
Cultivate investor relationships and oversee fundraising activities.
Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Lead operational finance activities, including accounting, treasury, and financial planning.
Drive analytical rigor across the organization to inform decision-making.
Partner with executive leadership on real estate and M&A initiatives.
Establish and maintain effective cash flow management policies.
Enhance enterprise risk management processes and compliance controls.
Experience Needed
15+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, MBA preferred, active CPA required.
Previous experience in high-growth startups.
Strong understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting principles.
Proven leadership and team development skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Proficiency in financial modeling and Excel.
Experience with NetSuite and business intelligence platforms.
Comfortable working remotely and managing priorities effectively.
Willingness to travel occasionally.
