LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced CFO for a client in the Chicago downtown area. Salary commensurate with experience will range from $130K-$150K + up to 20% Bonus + Restricted Stock (~$200K-$250K total package) plus health, dental and vision benefits, PTO, and more.

The CFO will manage accounting and finance operations of a publicly traded company that has a start-up feel and will be an integral part of the leadership team..

Key Functions include:

• Manage accounting staff
• Overseeing internal controls
• Monitoring expenses and cash flow
• Overseeing audit and tax functions
• Financial reporting
• Update policies and procedures
• Financial planning and strategy
• Forecasting and budgeting
• Managing tax compliance
• Risk control
• SEC reporting (Preparing 10Ks and 8Ks)
• Ad hoc projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Accounting or Finance
• 10+ years of accounting experience
• SEC experience
• CPA a plus
