Our client is a Global multi-site Manufacturing Company which is a Contract Manufacturer (CMO). They manufacture Electronics. They have multiple locations. This is a Silicon Valley company

They are presently looking for a CFO to lead the Financial Team. The CFO will

JOB Function:

The CFO will:

• Develop and execute strategic and tactical financial plans to achieve annual revenue and profit objectives.
• Develop and manage the financial team that will position the company for future growth.
• Develop and execute strategies to initiate mergers and acquisitions, and in developing and executing plans to justify, attract and secure funding.
• Participate in Contracts Development with various OEM customers to negotiate payment terms and execution criteria.
• Develop and execute communication strategies for both internal and external audiences
• Provide accurate Financial forecasts to operations, pricing guidelines, and training events for all product lines.
• Report to the President, provide ad-hoc reports as needed to the management team.

Job Requirements

CFO:

CANDIDATE Requirements

• Prior Experience as CFO (or Director of Finance or Accounting)...leading the financial side of business - prefer VC & Startup background...the company views/operates as a startup even though they are past the stage.
• Must have a minimum of 10+ years of experience in managing accounting and finance.
• Background from High Volume Manufacturing Industry - Automotive or Electronics or Medical Device etc. Environment of High Volume Manufacturing.
• 4 year degree (technical degree is strongly preferred), MBA or Masters a plus.
• High energy individual with exceptional communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively to all levels - Executives, Controllers, Accounting Managers, External Constituents and Board of Directors
• Travel: 10% - 25%
