Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team and lead our financial operations. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our financial management, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, budgeting, and treasury functions. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving the financial strategy of the company, ensuring fiscal responsibility, and supporting the achievement of our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive financial strategy that supports the company's long-term goals and objectives.
• Provide strategic guidance and financial analysis to support decision-making by the CEO and executive team.
• Oversee the financial planning and budgeting process, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and operational plans.
• Lead the accounting and finance teams, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Manage cash flow, liquidity, and capital allocation to optimize the company's financial position and support growth initiatives.
• Evaluate and manage financial risks, implementing appropriate controls and mitigation strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and regulatory agencies.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the finance function.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles, with a proven track record of success in driving financial strategy and performance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
