Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

We are looking for Chief Financial Officers who are not just leaders but pioneers in financial management, capable of steering complex organizations towards sustainable growth and profitability. Key Responsibilities:
Develop financial strategies by forecasting capital, facilities, and staff requirements; identifying monetary resources; and developing action plans.
Monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions, and minimizing the impact of variances.
Report financial status by developing forecasts, reporting results, analyzing variances, and developing improvements.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, anticipating future legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, filing financial reports, and advising management on needed actions.
Manage team members from finance departments, ensuring high levels of motivation, competence, and performance.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Proven experience as CFO, finance officer, or relevant role in a complex business environment.
In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.
Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g., SAP).
An analytical mind with a strategic ability.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field; MSc/MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CPA) is a plus.
