QUAD is seeking a small companyCFO for an Elverson, PA client.
The CFO must possess the desire to build out a company both organically and through acquisitions. The role will be responsible for all aspects of organizational financial strategies development and execution. Experience within personal care, food and beverage, or pharma manufacturing industries is highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
The CFO will be responsible for:
Oversight of Controller and finance team
Planning and analyzing departmental budgets
Assessing organizational spending and creating cost cutting strategies
Analyzing data to create financial forecasts
Assisting with costing strategies development and performing analysis of profit per customer and product
Performing software and systems evaluations, identifying improvement opportunities, and completing accounting automation solutions
Assessing potential growth opportunities and acquisitions and performing due diligence
Creating and executing improvement initiatives
Skills/ Competencies:
The ideal CFO will possess these skills:
Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
MBA or CPA highly preferred
5-8 years financial leadership experience that includes demonstrated results in driving financial profitability and growth
Experience with technology solutions evaluation and implementation
Experience within personal care, food and beverage, or pharma manufacturing industries is highly preferred
Strong leadership skills
Excellent communication skills
Strong creative and collaborative abilities
