Chief Financial Officer

Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Manager to lead our financial operations, secure working capital, and ensure the company's financial health. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of finance, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, financial reporting, internal controls, and strategic working capital management.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the annual budget and financial forecasts.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions.
• Manage cash flow and ensure the company has sufficient liquidity.
• Prepare financial statements and reports for management and stakeholders.
• Implement and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Develop and implement strategies to secure working capital, including exploring financing options, managing supplier relationships, and optimizing inventory levels.
• Manage a team of finance professionals, including mid-level staff.
• Stay current on relevant accounting principles and financial regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance management role.
• Proven track record of securing working capital through various financing methods.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in financial modeling and accounting software.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Compensation:

• The position offers a competitive salary of $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. This compensation reflects the importance of the role in securing working capital for the company's growth.
