SEW a high growth global SaaS company, looking for dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with deep experience in SaaS companies.

SEW is currently positioned as #1 global leader within a total addressable market which is growing already very fast and set to grow exponentially very high in next 2-5 years, SEW is advancing towards an IPO with robust growth and profitability and a leading market share in energy and utilities vertical platforms.

Role Summary

The CFO will spearhead the Finance, Accounting, Treasury, and related departments, with a significant focus on managing and optimizing financial operations , gross profits and margins This high-impact position entails leading the company through strategic financial milestones, including an IPO, while nurturing a culture of accountability, efficiency, and growth. Ideal candidate is currently a CFO working in a $250M-$5B revenue business, or a VP Finance in a larger organization (>$5B). The ideal candidate should have experience in technology SaaS companies’ topline growth initiatives with high gross profits with deep optimized operations financial impacts. As the CFO, you will oversee Finance, Accounting, Treasury, and related departments. A proven passion for developing people and teams is a must, and an MBA is preferred.

Candidate Profile:

• Seasoned CFO or VP of Finance with a robust background in SaaS technology companies, particularly with strong expertise in managing financial aspects.
• Demonstrable experience in steering financial strategies for companies in rapid organic and inorganic (M&A) growth phases, ideally with experience leading up to and through an IPO.
• A track record of building, scaling, and leading large financial teams, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and strategic development.
• Exceptional financial acumen and analytical skills, with a hands-on approach to driving company-wide financial and operational results.
• Should have experience to represent company in both private and public markets with investors and lead SEW finance strategy.
• Strong experience in integrating M&A to core business from operation and finance standpoint.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage actively in financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic financial planning to support the company’s growth trajectory and IPO readiness.
• Work with current internal and external accounting team and investors to ensure companies readiness for any growth and scalability.
• Direct and enhance financial and accounting operations, focusing on robust margin management and efficient supply chain finance.
• Lead the organization through its IPO journey, managing financial structuring, and stakeholder communications effectively.
• Foster a dynamic and high-performing financial team, committed to operational excellence and strategic foresight. (Developing people and teams must be central to your professional DNA.)
