Chief Financial Officer

Our client a growing non-profit is seeking a CFO to join their organization. This role will be responsible for all day-to-day accounting functions including compliance, month-end, accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, running point for audits, working closely with outside public accounting firms and making future decisions for software and bringing accounting functions in-house. Seeking a leader that can grow and scale as the organization scales and builds a team.

Key responsibilities:

• Staff training and development
• Oversight of budgeting and forecasting implementation
• Manage general ledger, cash flow, and bank reconciliation processes
• Generate financial reports, in compliance with GAAP or other standards
• Oversight of accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Coordinate audit activities

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance

Must have strong non-profit experience

CPA highly preferred

Salary: up to 175k

Work Arrangement: Onsite 4 days a week, 1 day remote
