Chief Financial Officer

Reporting to the Executive Director and President, the CFO will have direct oversight of accounting and finance. The CFO will oversee the controller and indirectly the accounting team. Must have a foundation in Accounting, and accounting degree is preferred. Generous bonus and benefits.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee all company accounting and finance matters in conjunction with the Controller.
• Providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial reports, and financial trends.
• Be the point of contact for banking institutions, tax authorities, auditors, and similar external bodies.
• Direct financial planning and strategy.
• Advise on long-term business and financial planning.
• Review all financial plans and budgets regularly to look for cost reduction opportunities.
• Ensuring regulatory compliance in all activities and tasks.
• Participate in corporate policy development and implement them across the organization.
• Manage the company's financial reporting and analytics.
• Hands-on involvement in overseeing month end close
