Chief Financial Officer

Naughtin Group Executive Search has been retained to identify a CFO to lead a $500M managed technology services and solutions company to a successful, more near-term exit. Our client has developed an integrated IT solution with built-in next gen AI, with recommendation engines and portals that exceed the capabilities of the biggest competitors in the industry. Must be sitting CFO and have served as key player with the CEO, SLT, Board, & PE investors driving strategic and operational needs across a technology services or solutions business. Ideal experience would have been with both large and mid/small technology companies. Seeking operating style which is collaborative while applying rigor and discipline achieving success top and bottom line. Ideal revenue led is $250M plus in prior roles. This leader manages a large team (~50) and should have experience with similarly-sized teams.

Ideal base Twin Cities (Minnesota) . Relocation package offered; commute considered if onsite presence is weekly.

Qualifications

• Strong FP&A along with controllership breadth of Finance leadership required
• Strong M&A experience
• Masters/CPA a plus
