Chief Financial Officer

Growing healthcare organization seeking a CFO to head their accounting and finance department in Southeast Oregon (will relocate). This is a direct hire full time position with full benefits. This is a highly visible role advising the CEO and executive team on financial matters while being a hands-on CFO managing their accounting and finance department.

Summary of the role:

The role reports to the CEO and President and is fully responsible for all financial reporting and accounting, Manage Revenue Cycle Director, review of payroll and purchasing, handle all financial analysis (budgeting and forecasting reporting), managing a team of accountants handling operational accounting and month end closing and reconciliations, responsible for meeting federal and state regulations, overseeing external audits and preparing schedules and direct involvement as needed. The role is very "hands on" in Cost reporting, CAH revenue cycle management, overseeing accounts receivable and collections.

Qualifications for this role:

Recent experience financial management of an acute hospital

CAH Revenue Cycle Management experience

Bachelor degree in Accounting or related required

Master's degree in Accounting or Healthcare administration a plus, not required

CPA a plus
