The ideal CFO will have an opportunity to utilize their:

• Current expertise in Manufacturing, particularly engineered solutions
• Successful cost accounting experience, incl. ERP implementation
• Strong business acumen with a focus on overall financial success metrics/KPI's
• Quantitative analysis - ability to generate & share keen business insights
• Active, hands-on CFO experience in a $20-$100m manufacturer
• Quickbooks & ERP expertise; experience with M&A due-diligence is helpful
• Interpersonal skills - influencing, organizing and leading a positive work culture
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (w/ CPA strongly preferred)

Based on the east side of the Madison, WI area (onsite, local candidates only; not remote or relocation)
