Our client, a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) focused on lending to small businesses, is seeking a new Chief Financial Officer. They are one of the few employers left providing a REMOTE work experience, with the caveat that at least quarterly trips to their Atlanta, GA, offices are expected.

The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for:
Develop and Evaluate short and long term investment strategies
Provide accurate budgets, financial trends, and forecasts
Take the lead on developing a comprehensive job cost system
Direct all aspects of Finance & Accounting
The ideal Chief Financial Officer candidate will possess:
Bachelors Degree required
CPA/MBA preferred
10+ years in progressive leadership responsibilities
Experience in banking required
Experience in a CDFI Required
Ability to travel quarterly to the Corporate office in Atlanta required
