AtWork Personnel is currently partnering with an exceptional company in search of a Chief Financial Officer who has experience working for a manufacturer of consumer products and has tenure within the CPG industry. This position is located at the Corporate Headquarter office in Las Vegas and will require an active CPA license.


Compensation; 275K+Bonus/Benefits


As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will play a crucial role in driving the financial strategy and performance of the organization. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company and providing strategic guidance to ensure long-term financial sustainability and growth.


Major Duties:

Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize the company's financial performance and maximize shareholder value.

• Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.

• Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.

Oversee financial operations, including accounting, treasury, taxation, human resources, risk management and information technology.

• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making at all levels of the company.

• Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and standards.

Lead and mentor the finance team to foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.


Education:

Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred; CPA required.


Qualifications:

• Proven track record of success in senior leadership roles, preferably within the manufacturing or consumer packaged goods industry.

• Strong financial acumen with a deep understanding of financial principles and practices.

• Excellent knowledge of market trends, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Experience in mergers, acquisitions, and integration processes - required.

Ability to assess and analyze potential acquisition targets, conduct due diligence, and negotiate deal terms.

• Experience with financial modeling and valuation techniques.

• Exceptional analytical, strategic planning and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Strong leadership abilities, with experience in supervising accounting, HR, risk management, and IT.

High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct.

• Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision making and problem-solving.

• Experience with Oracle ERP preferred. Willingness to travel as needed.
