Lead Recruiting Consultant at Hirewell - Connecting organizations and talented professionals

Hirewell is excited to partner with AllCampus in the search for their next CFO. AllCampus stands at the forefront of the higher education services sector, marked by rapid growth and a commitment to excellence. As we look toward future expansion, we seek an accomplished Chief Financial Officer to lead our financial strategy and operations, ensuring alignment with our mission and values. This executive role is integral to our leadership team, requiring a strategic mindset and comprehensive financial expertise to steer our organization toward sustained growth.

The Chief Financial Officer will join as a key executive of our growing, private equity-backed company. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CFO will lead AllCampus’ overall financial strategy and oversee all financial functions including FP&A, treasury, M&A, accounting, budgeting, credit, investor relations, insurance, and tax.

Success will be determined by your ability to increase AllCampus’ enterprise value through organic revenue growth, operational efficiency, and strategic acquisitions all of which culminate in a successful transaction in approximately three years.

AllCampus is a remote organization with shared office space in downtown Chicago. Collaborative, in-person meetings are typically needed 1-2 times a quarter for several days. Remote candidates need to be available for travel to Chicago on this schedule.

Your Focus and Impact Will Include:

Strategic Financial Leadership: Drive the company's financial strategy with a focus on growth and a planned exit transaction in the near future. Align financial and business metrics to support strategic decision-making and growth initiatives.

Corporate Finance and Capital Management: Oversee all aspects of corporate finance, including capital structure, private equity investment relations, and financing strategies.

Budgeting and Financial Planning: Lead the short and long-term financial planning processes focused on achieving revenue and margin growth. Ensure a comprehensive budgeting process to set financial targets and monitor performance.

Financial Reporting and Compliance: Ensure the accuracy of financial statements, compliance with regulatory requirements, and the implementation of appropriate internal controls.

Risk Management and Governance: Develop and oversee risk management policies, including financial risk, to protect company interests and ensure corporate governance.

Leadership and Organizational Development: Lead and coach a high-performing finance and accounting team, promoting professional development and fostering a culture of excellence and integrity.

Operational and Financial Efficiency: Drive profitability through the effective use of data and systems to enhance student enrollment and retention and thoughtful attention to the B2B contracting processes which are key to the organization's operational and financial effectiveness.

Mergers, Acquisitions, and Strategic Partnerships: Evaluate strategic investment opportunities with an eye towards tuck-in acquisitions, oversee M&A activities, and cultivate relationships with financial partners and institutions. Help identify and vet opportunities and partner with the CEO and PE firm to finance and structure deals that support the existing Education Management business.

Lead Strategic Exit Planning and Execution: Lead finance and accounting to drive value creation and secure a successful exit while navigating complex financial landscapes, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and communicating effectively with all stakeholders.
