Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in raising funds from sovereign funds and hedge funds, preferably with a background in working within such organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute financial strategies to support our growth objectives.
Manage relationships with existing and potential investors, including sovereign funds and hedge funds.
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial reporting standards.
Collaborate with the executive team to drive strategic initiatives and make informed business decisions.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of raising significant funds from sovereign funds and hedge funds.
Extensive experience in the investment industry, preferably in a senior financial role.
Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
