Each member of our team plays a vital role in making a positive impact on the lives of others.Your Role as Chief Executive Officer:As the Chief Executive Officer of Valley Springs, you will lead the strategic planning, management, and direction of our hospital operations. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the achievement of strategic goals, overseeing the delivery of cost-effective healthcare services, and developing organization-wide policies that are in line with our mission and objectives.Key Responsibilities:- Spearhead strategic planning initiatives to uphold service quality and financial stability.- Implement and uphold policies and procedures that support organizational goals.- Manage short and long-term planning efforts to uphold service quality and financial health.- Collaborate with the VP of Finance, Behavioral Health, to oversee hospital budgets and resource allocation.- Provide supervision and guidance to Administrators across designated area hospitals.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, finance, or related field.- Master’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a clinical specialty preferred.- A combination of education, training, and practical experience.- Seven (7) years of healthcare administration or hospital management experience, including at least two (2) years at the Chief Executive Officer level.- Five (5) years of experience in facility operations, human resources, and finance management.- Graduate-level education can substitute for required experience on a year-to-year basis.
