Key Responsibilities
- Lead the organization in closing educational opportunity gaps in collaboration with the leadership team and board.
- Develop county-wide educational performance metrics with local leaders and school districts.
- Establish our organization as a thought leader in educational equity and collective impact.
- Facilitate partnerships across the community to achieve ambitious goals.
- Oversee strategic growth initiatives while ensuring financial sustainability.
- Drive a robust community engagement strategy to enhance visibility and impact.
- Visionary Leadership: Mobilize stakeholders to drive impactful change.
- Community Engagement: Build and leverage relationships with political acumen.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data to inform strategies and measure outcomes.
- Fundraising: Secure funding for organizational growth and sustainability.
- Team Leadership: Nurture a high-performing team with a culture of excellence.
- Organizational Management: Effectively manage budgets and resources to meet goals.
- Experience in nonprofit leadership or similar roles with a proven track record of team management and growth.
- Strong fundraising and relationship-building skills.
- Credibility among educational leaders and community partners, preferably in Marin County.
- Commitment to educational equity and social justice.
- Competitive salary range: $170,000 - $200,000 annually
