Title: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Location: San Francisco (Lafayette) or Los Angeles, CA (must be willing to move within 90 days - Relocation offered)

Job Description: A private equity operating company that acquires SMB MSPs is seeking a hands-on Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the business to the next phase. The candidate will help drive sales and marketing, support Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), enterprise scalability, processes and standards, service production, customer service, service level, responsiveness, etc. This position allows the candidate to run their own show with the support of the two Partners/Board Members.
There will be a 90-day knowledge transfer from the current CEO (Board Member), who will be transitioning to another C-Suite position over their umbrella.
Currently, they have a team of the low 20s, which is projected to grow to 30 by the end of the year and 50-60 in 2025. They will continue to grow at that level yearly through mergers and acquisitions, with a continued yearly growth track through customers and acquisitions. They will be at approximately 6 million in 2024, 10 million in 2025, and so on.

Required Skills
- Previous hands-on CEO experience—Not strategy only; experience must include Financial Operations, Accounts Receivable and Payable, Operations, enterprise scalability, processes and standards, service production, customer service, service level, responsiveness, etc.
- MSP Leader in SMB (Small Medium Business) space.
- M&A (Mergers and Acquisition) - Leadership not required, but experience with multiple integrations.
- PSA (Professional Services Automation) - Autotask or equivalent.
