We've partnered with a Private Equity firm providing debt and equity capital for middle market founder led organizations. They are seeking to bring on a CEO with proven revenue generation in the Consumer Services space (car washes & Sale/Lease back). Preference to candidates who have experience at $10m - $20m ARR+. This role is unable to sponsor but is able to offer relocation for candidates committed to a long term role and implementing a long term roadmap.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and execute revenue growth strategies to expand market share and increase sales.
Lead sales and marketing efforts to drive customer acquisition and product visibility.
Streamline operations to improve efficiency and reduce costs, enhancing competitiveness.
Foster innovation in product development to meet evolving consumer preferences.
Oversee financial performance to ensure revenue targets are met while maintaining stability.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability, with demonstrated leadership and management skills.
Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to develop and execute effective revenue generation strategies.
Excellent sales and marketing expertise, with a focus on customer acquisition and retention.
Financial acumen and proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
MBA or equivalent preferred
