Our private equity client is seeking the right Chief Executive Officer to lead one of its portfolio companies, an Enterprise Software business. The sponsor is bullish about its investment thesis in this newly acquired platform. They are prepared to invest heavily to drive the company's scale using both inorganic and organic methods.

• Business Model: B2B Enterprise Software
• Functional: Proven CEO of a $25mm-$75mm software company OR a cross-functional P&L leader of a $150+mm business
• Orientation: Commercial upbringing
• Private Equity: Highly preferred
• M&A: Not required
• Tenure: 20-30+ years of progressive career success
