Your Responsibilities

• Strategic Vision and Leadership: The CEO sets the overall strategic direction. He/she defines the company’s long-term goals and strategies aligned with the rest of the Group. He/she leads the executive team and ensure alignment across all departments.

• Financial Management: Responsible for financial health, the CEO oversees budgeting, financial planning, and performance analysis. He/she makes critical decisions related to investments, cost management, and revenue generation.

• Operational Excellence: The CEO ensures efficient operations across all functions, from manufacturing to sales. They optimize processes, enhance productivity, and maintain quality standards.

• People leadership: inspiring and motivational

• External Relation

• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks. Crisis management and contingency planning are part of his/her responsibilities.

• Corporate Citizenship: The CEO makes sure that the manufacturer contributes to wider initiatives and the global success of the Group. He/she is member of the Global Leadership Team of the Group.

Key characteristics and experiences

• Cultural ambassadorship and people-person – high credibility walking the talk

• General Management skills and experience, coming from the Sales/Marketing side

• Experience from manufacturing

• Deep understanding of the North American go-to-market model for spec grade building hardware (ideally in lighting); proven track record on the Marketing & Sales side

• Understanding of how to operate within a larger Group, ideally with a European shareholder

• Long-term thinking and strategic skills in building a long-term plan, operationalizing and delivering on the plan

The payment is based on prior experience and knowledge and can lead to a significant overpayment.
