Role Description

This is a full-time role as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Dahl Memorial Healthcare Association, located in Ekalaka, MT, with flexibility for some remote work. As the CEO, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the organization, including strategic planning, financial management, staff supervision, and community engagement. You will collaborate with the board of directors and other stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality healthcare services to the community.

• Strong strategic and operational leadership skills

• Knowledge of healthcare policies, regulations, and trends
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field
• Master's degree in healthcare administration or business
