Position Overview: As the CEO, you will be instrumental in driving our company's strategic vision, operational excellence, and growth within the merchant acquiring industry. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, you will lead our executive team in executing our mission, expanding market presence, and maximizing shareholder value.


Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan aligned with our business objectives and market dynamics. Lead the organization in achieving sustainable growth, profitability, and market leadership in merchant acquiring.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of daily operations, ensuring efficient processes and scalable systems are in place to support growth initiatives. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
  • Merchant Acquiring Expertise: Leverage your experience and industry knowledge to drive strategic initiatives in merchant acquiring. Identify and pursue opportunities to enhance our product offerings, expand our customer base, and strengthen partnerships within the ecosystem.
  • Financial Management: Partner with the CFO to manage financial performance, budgeting, and forecasting. Ensure prudent financial controls, transparency in reporting, and alignment with investor expectations.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Build and empower a high-performing executive team. Provide mentorship and guidance to cultivate a culture of collaboration, innovation, and professional growth across all levels of the organization.
  • Market Expansion: Lead efforts to penetrate new markets, capitalize on emerging trends, and differentiate our offerings in the competitive merchant acquiring landscape. Stay abreast of industry developments and customer insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Investor Relations: Serve as the primary interface with investors and stakeholders. Communicate company performance, growth strategies, and financial health to maintain investor confidence and support.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and mitigate operational risks. Implement robust policies and procedures to safeguard the company's assets and reputation.


Qualifications:

  • Proven track record as a CEO or COO in a technology-driven startup or high-growth company, preferably within the merchant acquiring or fintech industry.
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling startup businesses, with expertise in merchant acquiring strategies, partnerships, and technology solutions.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience in financial management, fundraising, and investor relations.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities with a strategic mindset and the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving ambitious goals.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
