The platform is being established through the acquisition of two founder-owned companies in the Southeast and has a robust acquisition pipeline. The private equity sponsor is a leading middle-market private equity firm that invests in family and founder-owned businesses. The firm manages in excess of $6 billion in equity capital and has a successful track record of partnering with businesses that are strategically important to their marketplace and can benefit from its unique experience, extensive relationships, and commitment to creating long-term growth and value. This position could be based in either Georgia or Florida.

REPORTS/RELATIONSHIPS:

The Chief Executive Officer reports to the Board of Directors.

BASIC FUNCTIONS:

The Chief Executive Officer has full profit and loss responsibility for the company. He/she serves as the strategic leader for the organization and, in conjunction with the private equity sponsor, works to achieve the overall vision and mission of the company. The CEO coordinates strategic initiatives and objectives that ensure the company’s financial health. This individual must lead by example and communicate the organization’s objectives to the employees and customers as appropriate.

Specific duties will include, but not necessarily be limited to:
