*Salary Range $175,000-$200,000*

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and lead all facility operations
• Develop and implement a strategic plan for program growth and market responsiveness
• Supervise the Clinical Director and other key management staff, fostering strong employee relations and teamwork
• Manage the financial aspects of the programs, including revenue and expenses, ensuring adherence to budget guidelines
• Assist in creating job descriptions, reviewing credentials, participating in hiring, and assigning staff duties
• Ensure policies and procedures meet all regulatory requirements, and maintain exemplary performance with respect to contracts, licensing, and accreditation standards
• Lead and engage in performance improvement initiatives
• Maintain strong interactions with internal support services and external stakeholders, handling related assignments as necessary
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in social work, counseling, human services, business administration, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of three years of management or supervisory experience in a mental health or substance use treatment setting
• Demonstrated leadership skills with a successful track record in managing organizations
• Experience in for-profit substance use treatment facilities, particularly those funded by commercial insurance or cash pay, preferred
• Experience in start-up environments and familiarity with state licensing requirements and accreditation standards preferred
