Chief Estimator

We are seeking a Chief Estimator to join our award winning team in Orlando, Florida! Whether you are from out of state and need relocation, or you are in-state and already know the area, we are ready to bring you in and get you going quickly.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee Estimators and Senior Estimators work in bids for heavy civil construction projects of $5M - $300M
• Analysis of plans, specifications, and other related documentation
• Assist in preparing bid documents and the development of construction schedules
• Provide support and training for Estimators in the division

What You'll Bring:

• Minimum of 10 years' experience in highway heavy construction
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in leadership and management
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent
• Strong interpersonal skills to build and keep relationships with owner representatives, engineering firms, subcontractors, and senior management
• Competent in softwares such as HCSS, Agtec, Primavera, Procore, Bluebeam, Word, and Excel
