Chief Data Officer (CDO)

Position Overview: We are seeking a strategic and visionary Chief Data Officer (CDO) to lead our company’s data strategy, manage our data assets, and drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. As a key member of our executive team, the CDO will play a crucial role in leveraging data analytics and insights to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and business growth.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Data Strategy and Governance:
• Develop and implement the company’s data strategy aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.
• Establish data governance frameworks, policies, and standards to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
• Lead efforts to integrate and manage enterprise-wide data assets to support business operations and analytics.
• Data Architecture and Management:
• Oversee the design and implementation of scalable and secure data architecture and infrastructure.
• Manage data acquisition, integration, storage, and retrieval processes to meet business needs and regulatory requirements.
• Define and enforce data management processes, data models, and metadata standards across the organization.
• Data Analytics and Insights:
• Drive data analytics initiatives to uncover actionable insights and opportunities for business improvement.
• Collaborate with business leaders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics aligned with strategic goals.
• Implement advanced analytics techniques, including machine learning and predictive modeling, to optimize business outcomes.
• Privacy and Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and industry standards related to data protection.
• Implement privacy-by-design principles in data management practices and systems architecture.
• Develop and maintain data breach response plans and incident management protocols.
• Team Leadership and Development:
• Build and lead a high-performing data management and analytics team.

Compensation
