  • Serve as the senior level business executive responsible and accountable for directing and implementing the strategic vision and value of Company data, its role as a competitive business asset and a revenue driver. Establish vision and data strategy for organization data initiatives. B) Responsible and accountable for the organization and implementation of data governance (policies, procedures, standards, structures, roles and responsibilities) which outline and enforce rules of engagement, data access, decision rights, ownership and accountabilities to ensure corporate data systems information protection, strong organizational data governance adherence, data lifecycle management, and data quality throughout the organization. C) Drive discussions and decisions with leadership and data owners across the organization regarding ways to better integrate, manage, optimize and capitalize data as an asset across the organization (including external data sources). Responsible and accountable for the accuracy of data, management of data cleanliness, as well as the integration of data into a "single source of truth".

Exceptional understanding of organizational business objectives and how data program aligns to support their achievement 6. Possesses well-developed emotional intelligence, motivational, professional, and leadership qualities 7. Exceptional analytical thinking problem solving, planning, organizational, and leadership skills
