CCO & Counsel role with a multi-billion dollar real estate fund manager in NYC.


Candidate will handle the entire compliance program, including buildout and centralization of compliance program operations, assisting with regulatory filings, conducting review and testing of compliance processes and procedures, oversee firm annual review/mock exams/regulatory inquiries, monitoring marketing material, and more!


Candidate must possess alternatives fund experience (including Real Estate debt both private & public), and deep experience in marketing review & conflicts of interest. A Doctor of Law (JD) is required.


Firm is in the office 3 days a week and employees have a good work/life balance. Great opportunity


Competitive total compensation, and depending on performance, this role may have access to future carried interest as well.
