Responsibilities
Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement a comprehensive compliance program that aligns
with the company's strategic vision.
Oversee all aspects of compliance, including regulatory affairs, data privacy, and financial reporting.
Proactively identify and mitigate compliance risks, ensuring adherence to all applicable laws and
regulations.
Foster a culture of integrity and ethical conduct throughout the organization.
Lead a high-performing compliance team and provide ongoing training and development.
Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of experience as a Chief Compliance Officer or similar senior compliance role in the life
sciences industry.
Proven track record of building and implementing effective compliance programs.
Deep understanding of relevant regulations governing gene therapy development and commercialization.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Collaborative spirit and a passion for building a strong ethical foundation within the company.
