Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all chemical engineering operations, ensuring optimal efficiency and safety.
• Develop and implement innovative processes to enhance product quality and production efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive research and development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Mentor and develop a team of talented chemical engineers and technicians.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in chemical engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successful project management and process optimization.
• Strong knowledge of chemical manufacturing processes, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools.
