Responsibilities.
Drafting a business development strategy, and executing it end-to-end from marketing to handover to the account management
Hands-on approach in sales and related activities, achieving a personal sale quota (new revenues, new headcount, new logos)
Full ownership over marketing, lead generation and sales
Build and constantly fine-tune sales processes, tools, metrics, and techniques
Engage with external providers, and partners to boost sales
Contribute to extending and continuously fine-tuning the companys value proposition, offerings, and services portfolio
Requirements
Proven experience in a sales/business development role (5+ years) in outsourcing, out staffing, application development and maintenance, software consulting, nearshoring or any other resource-based tech engagements
Hunting culture to focus exclusively on bringing more new logos to the portfolio
Ability to work with business and senior tech stakeholders across different geographies, verticals, and segments (large enterprises, SMB, product companies, and start-ups)
Ability to drive a team, lead by example, and establish effective collaboration with other key stakeholders in the organization
Extensive knowledge of sales principles, practices, and processes
Large network of key decision makers, C-suite, and sourcing decisions influencers across the US
Excellent communication skills including outstanding persuasion, presentation, and negotiation skills
Readiness to travel ±30% of the time (mostly domestic)
