Are you a visionary leader with a passion for driving brand excellence and product innovation? We are seeking a dynamic Chief Brand & Product Officer to join our executive team. In this key role, you'll develop and implement brand and product strategies aligned with our company's vision and business goals. You will oversee the entire product development lifecycle, ensuring our products meet market demands and exceed customer expectations. Your expertise in brand management will be essential for maintaining consistency across all channels and enhancing our market presence.
As a key leader, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, engineering, and supply chain to drive cohesive and impactful initiatives. You will conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and gather customer insights to inform strategic decisions. Your leadership will inspire and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence. With a strong focus on financial oversight, you will manage budgets, track key performance indicators, and ensure efficient resource allocation to maximize ROI.
What you’ll need:
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, along with 10+ years of experience in brand management and product development. Proven success in a senior leadership role and exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills are essential.

- Full-time position based at the company headquarters in Spring Hill, TN (just south of Nashville)
- Compensation includes a competitive base salary plus on-target earnings (OTE)
