Qualifications And Responsibilities

• Proven track record with 7+ years in accounting and financial management, ideally within life sciences, laboratory, healthcare, or startup sectors
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA is preferred
• Manage daily financial operations and GAAP accounting, including billing and monthly invoicing, and implement automation where possible
• Deliver precise GAAP financial reports to the CEO, board members, and lenders
• Lead the budgeting and financial forecasting processes
• Support the commercial team with pricing strategies and preparing quotations
