Our client, a bank in Montgomery County, MD, is currently seeking a Chief Accounting Officer to join their executive team. The incumbent will be an integral leader and will oversee the accounting policy and administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 14
• Report to the CFO
• Manage the accounting function
• SEC reporting
• Regulatory compliance, corporate governance,
• Risk Management, cost management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• CPA Required
• SEC Experience required
• Banking/financial services experience required
• Management experience required
• Minimum of ten years of accounting experience
