Expectations include overall food and kitchen (back of house) operations in coordination with General Manager, weekly/daily food preparation, recommending and preparing weekly specials, and providing excellent presentation of all menu items is a must.
Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
A passion to create and deliver high-quality food with an emphasis on presentation.
A self-starter with knowledge and experience to be a part of our team, positive attitude, team player who leads by example utilizing proper communication. Food Handling Certifications required.
Ensuring all proper food safety guidelines are being adhered to per Health Department Guidelines & Regulations.
Prep and prepare all served food, help develop scheduling, product ordering, housekeeping, developing & implementing cleanliness guidelines, menu item creation, menu costing, and product cost analysis.
