The North American headquarters in California and our experience center in Georgia will continue to power our growth in Canada, United States and Mexico.


To meet the demand for its solutions we are looking to add a talented and driven Sales Solution Engineer to our team. This position will report to the VP of Channel Sales and Partnerships Americas.


Location: Prefer local candidates in GA but would be open to remote candidates.

The Job


  • Drive the solution journey with our integration and channel partners. From technical training and account development to negotiation and contract, with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Transfer and maintain a deep understanding of our warehouse automation solutions within the partner ecosystem and develop a winning and trusted solution with their clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in prospect organizations to understand their needs and challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal and external technical teams to present and demo our solutions and deliver pre-sale designed solutions.
  • Deliver predictable business development opportunities and maintain a robust pipeline in our CRM system.
  • Identify, develop, and manage, large and medium size strategic accounts.
  • Formulate and implement comprehensive business development strategies. This may include conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and challenges, setting clear sales objectives, devising action plans and timelines.
  • Regular travel to partner and client sites, as well as marketing and trade shows in and out of the United States.


Qualifications


  • 5-10 years of experience in technical solution and business development in distribution, order fulfillment, manufacturing, omnichannel, MHE or robotic integrators, or similar industries.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, technical, business, and or equivalent experience.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Self-driven, proactive, dynamic and work independently
  • Interest in working in a fast-paced, multicultural, and multilingual environment.


Preferred:


  • Experienced in solution design, process automation, ROI calculations,
  • Proficient in AutoCad, data analytics such as Excel, PowerBI, and Tableau.
