Job Summary

We’re looking for a Channel Partner Manager who will develop and manage relationships with channel partners to drive sales and revenue. You will focus on identifying and onboarding new partners, providing support and training, and managing the performance of existing partners. You’ll report to the Vice President of Sales and partner closely with the rest of the leadership team on all kinds of business decisions.


Responsibilities

• Drive pipeline and revenue. Identify prospective channel partners and actively work to recruit these partners to participate in applicable referral and growth programs.

• Work closely with marketing to build marketing plans targeting strategic partners, helping to identify and onboard new channel partners.

• Provide information, support, and guidance information to channel partners regarding new partner training, projects and more.

• Manage the performance of existing partners and develop strategies to improve their revenue and customer satisfaction.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, and work closely with them to achieve mutual goals.

• Collaborate with the sales team to align sales and channel efforts.

• Monitor industry trends and stay up to date on competitors and market conditions.

• Create and manage channel partner budgets and forecasts.

• Develop and implement channel partner programs, such as training, marketing, and incentives.

• Measure and report on the performance of channel partners, using metrics such as revenue and customer satisfaction.

• Identify and resolve conflicts and challenges within the channel.

• Attending industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the company.

• Maintain accurate records of opportunities and contacts developed through the programs while providing routine communication about our SaaS services, programs, offers, and promotions.

• Measure revenue growth against defined targets for the assigned programs.

• Manage monthly business development target and pipeline.


Desired Skills & Experience

• 3-5 years of current experience in channel management.

• Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to partners and stakeholders.

• Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with partners.

• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Flexibility and adaptability to change.

• A desire to learn and grow in the channel management field.

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
