Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Change Management/Trainer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading change management initiatives, conducting strategic planning sessions, and developing comprehensive training programs to support client organizations in optimizing their business processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with stakeholders from project inception through completion, utilizing tools such as Confluence, QA Testing, Office Hours, and Change Management to ensure effective communication.
  • Conduct strategic planning sessions to develop and implement change management plans tailored to client needs.
  • Gather data, analyze documentation, and report findings to produce detailed change management plans.
  • Lead change management initiatives by conducting impact assessments and developing client-specific strategies.
  • Develop and implement change management plans that address the unique challenges and goals of each client.
  • Prepare comprehensive documentation and job aids to support user acceptance testing and end-user training.
  • Develop customized training materials and conduct training programs to address knowledge gaps and ensure effective implementation of new processes.
  • Recommend and facilitate the implementation of process enhancements to optimize business operations within client organizations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders.
  • Act as a liaison between client business units and IT teams to align business strategies and ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Continuously assess and improve training and change management methodologies.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients during and after the implementation of change initiatives.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in change management and training.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support the overall goals and objectives of the department.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in change management, training, business analysis, or process improvement.
  • Prior experience with Salesforce and/or software modernization projects
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Confluence and other project management and communication tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong client engagement and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain public trust clearance.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and can pass a background investigation.
  • This position requires U.S. citizenship due to Federal Government security clearance requirements.
