Job Description:

East 57th Street Partners is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for one of our clients, a PE-backed company operating in the Healthcare sector. This role is ideal for a finance leader who is comfortable working hands-on in a dynamic PE environment and who has the potential to grow into an Operating Partner within the PE firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial operations of the company, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Develop and execute financial strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
• Provide insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and business growth.
• Manage relationships with investors, banks, and other financial stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.
• Actively participate in the PE firm's strategic planning and initiatives with the potential to grow into an Operating Partner role.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience as a CFO, preferably in the Healthcare sector within a PE-backed environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Strong financial and business acumen, with excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in financial management software and systems.
• Ability to work hands-on in a fast-paced environment.
