We are seeking an experienced CFO to lead this transformation, drive growth and take our business to the next level.
Position Overview:We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic CFO to join our executive leadership team. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of finance in a multi-site manufacturing environment, along with expertise in M&A strategies and successful business integration. The CFO will be instrumental in driving financial decision-making processes, ensuring the company's financial health, and supporting our continued growth trajectory.
Responsibilities:
Financial Strategy and Planning:
Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company's long-term goals and vision.
Oversee financial forecasting, budgeting, and planning processes across multiple manufacturing sites.
Drive initiatives to optimize capital structure, manage working capital, and ensure efficient cash flow management.
Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A):
Facilitate M&A activities, including target identification, due diligence, negotiations, and integration processes.
Assess potential acquisitions and partnerships, providing comprehensive financial analyses and recommendations.
Business Integration:
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of acquired businesses.
Develop and implement strategies to maximize synergies and operational efficiencies post-acquisition.
Financial Reporting and Analysis:
Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and transparency.
Provide insightful, data-driven financial analyses and reports to support strategic decision-making.
Risk Management and Compliance:
Implement robust risk management policies and procedures to safeguard the company's financial interests.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and reporting requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
Proven track record as a CFO or senior financial executive in a multi-site manufacturing environment.
Extensive experience in managing M&A transactions and post-merger integration.
Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in leveraging data and analytics to drive financial decisions.
Experience using manufacturing oriented ERP’s.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
