CFO

Overview:

The title may be CFO, but don’t let that fool you as you will be much more than that. This is a small company, there are only 10 employees in the office, so you will play a key role in Operations as well. You will manage the Accounting/Finance department and will implement the tools (policies/procedures/KPI’s/etc.) needed to allow the company to scale. You will be a working CFO and will take responsibility for budgeting, reviewing financials, preparing reporting for the PE investors, and managing the banking relationships. Most importantly, you will be a strategic partner to the CEO and will provide solutions that push the company forward.

To thrive in this role, you must be highly intelligent, capable of being strategic and tactical, energetic, and a bit of a taskmaster. This is a great role for you if you have a desire to build best practices and improve processes while working for a fast-paced company that is growing. It would be great if you have experience working for a smaller company that you helped grow and we’d love to find someone who has also worked for a private equity backed organization. We know that a lot of companies are working remotely but we want you to be the every day executive presence that we need.
