What You'll Do
Conduct unbiased valuations of residential real estate by analyzing market and property-specific data.
Complete appraisal reports adhering to industry standards and guidelines.
Inspect various residential properties and document findings with thoroughness and accuracy.
Consider all factors influencing property values, ensuring comprehensive evaluations.
Utilize sales comparison, cost, and income approaches proficiently.
Collaborate with senior appraisers to maintain quality standards and process improvements.
Participate actively in team meetings and meet project deadlines effectively.
