Responsibilities
Conduct a variety of formal appraisals for both lending and non-lending purposes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
Evaluate properties to determine current market values, adhering to the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice.
Conduct on-site visits, property inspections, and client interviews to gather necessary information.
Stay updated on industry regulations, standards, and best practices to deliver high-quality reports.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, lenders, and homeowners, maintaining strong professional relationships.
Requirements
Certification in the state of residence is mandatory.
Proficient analytical and research skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
Demonstrated commitment to producing high-quality reports within industry-standard turn times.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
