Medication Technician Job Summary:
Administer and document regularly prescribed medications to residents in accordance with the Resident Care Plan
Order medication from the pharmacy when necessary and/or by the request of the Director of Health and Wellness
Monitor orders to ensure on time delivery keeping Director of Health and Wellness updated within 12 hours of delivery
Medication Technician Qualifications:
Medication Technician experience
High School Diploma or GED/Kansas Certification
Minimum of one-year prior experience
Ability to work under pressure and relate well to residents
CPR certification a plus
