HCRI is recruiting for a multistate home health and hospice company located in the central region of the U.S. The company is currently in very good financial and operational standing and is growing. The CEO is responsible for the leadership, growth, and oversight of the organization's business, operations, and strategy and provides inspired leadership company-wide.
Responsibilities:
Operate the Business for home healthcare and hospice in compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Identify and address problems and opportunities for the home healthcare and hospice agencies.
Prepare and implement the company's fiscal activities, including planning, budgeting, goal setting, reporting, and auditing for home healthcare and hospice.
Qualifications:
Ten years of home healthcare and hospice experience developing and directing corporate business strategies in multi-state locations.
Stable work history as CEO for multi-state home healthcare and hospice
A master's degree is strongly preferred, ideally a clinical background
Encourage Master's or Clinical degrees to apply if CEO experience in home healthcare and hospice
Experience as CEO in Home Healthcare and Hospice with $100MM + in revenue
